More People!

So, we ran another 1D gel today. It was fun. The lab looked so lively. People were doing something. It sounds like I am insane, but I love it when people do some work in lab. So, next week, we will run a gel in calf-bone.. We got to buy that bone. I am so glad that I don't have to kill those calfs to get the bone as I had killed little mice before.
Hopefully my group will come and join me to this new adventure. Gang! we will also do western-blot this time. How cool is that!!! Thanks for comming today and being patient. I am sure it was difficult to understand what I was saying. lol!!
Oh! we also took our group picture today. I still need to learn how to put pictures in my blog. I did it once, so I am sure I know how to do it.. But then I forgot.. lol.. So, I might need Mr. Degarati's help...So, i will post all the pictures next time.

More Work!

It is sad that not everyone has the same schedule to work on the project. It would be wonderful if we can all work together. Good thing that Chad and Sara showed up last week to run the gel, which worked perfectly fine. Only problem, my bad english, I wrote the protocol and wrote "freez the gel" (obviously, gel shrunk!).
Since the protocol worked fine, I hope it will be easier from the next time. Guys come and run some gels. We need to get going on our project.
